US 61 (Airline Hwy): Bluebonnet Blvd. - Greenwell St.-Ramp closures- East Baton Rouge Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists of the following ramp closures at I-12 and US 61 (Airline Hwy.), weather permitting:
· Monday, January 9, 2023 = I-12 Westbound to US 61 Northbound; and I-12 Eastbound to US 61 Southbound
· Tuesday, January 10, 2023 = Florida Blvd. Eastbound to US 61 Northbound; and US 61 Southbound to Florida Blvd. Eastbound
· Wednesday, January 11, 2023 = US 61 Northbound to Florida Blvd. Eastbound
· Thursday, January 12, 2023 = Florida Blvd. Eastbound to US 61 Southbound
· Friday, January 13, 2023 = US 61 Southbound to Florida Blvd. Westbound
These closures will occur each night, from 8:00PM to 5:00AM the following morning, starting Monday, January 9, 2023 through Friday, January 13, 2023.
The lane closures are necessary for shoulder repairs and related work.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
