US 61/LA 68 Road/Lane Closure; East Feliciana Parish

Beginning today, 12/27/2022, at 8:00 AM there will be a lane closure on US 61 and LA 68 for construction work on LA 68. The Northbound right lane of US 61 will be closed prior to its intersection with LA 68 while the Northbound left lane will remain open. No turns will be allowed from US 61 onto LA 68. However, Westbound traffic on LA 68 will be allowed to make a right hand turn onto US 61. There will be daily closures from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday, 12/27/22 - Thursday, 12/29/22. The work on LA 68 will be from its intersection with US 61 for approximately 1000 feet to the bridge.
Please follow detour signs using LA 964 and US 61.
