LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy): LA 73(Jefferson Hwy) - Sherwood Forest

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy.) between US 61 (Airline Hwy) and Sherwood Blvd. will have one lane closed alternating Eastbound and Westbound beginning Monday, December 26, 2022 and ending Friday, December 30, 2022.
Weather permitting, the closures will occur at the following times:
• Monday, December 26th through Friday, December 30th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
The lane closures are necessary for installation of sidewalk and handicapped ramps.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
No width restrictions.
