LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy): LA 73(Jefferson Hwy) - Sherwood Forest

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy.) between US 61 (Airline Hwy) and Sherwood Blvd. will have one lane closed Eastbound beginning Monday, December 12, 2022 and ending Friday, December 16, 2022.
Weather permitting, the closures will occur at the following times:
• Monday, December 12th through Friday, December 16th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
The lane closures are necessary for installation of sidewalk and handicapped ramps.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
No width restrictions.
