The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces there will be alternating lane closures along US 171 Southbound from Mile Post 5.1 to Mile Post 4.0 from 7 p.m.-6 a.m. Monday, November 7, 2022.
These closures are necessary for permanent striping operations. There is an 11-foot width restriction.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
