The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Developement advises the public that Exit 86 on I-49 (Northbound) is now OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that Exit 86 on I-49 (Northbound) will be closed to all traffic for work on State Project H.014672-R1 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 and Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
Exit 86 carries traffic from I-49 (Northbound) to US 71/US 165 (Southbound) (MacArthur Drive) and from I-49 (Northbound) to US 71/US 165 (Northbound) and is located at the I-49 and US 71 /US 165 interchange in Alexandria.
Permit/Detour section
The road will be closed to all traffic while work is being performed by the Contractor.
