I-10 eastbound and westbound from Exit 104 to the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge in Lafayette and St. Martin Parishes will have alternating lane closures for a herbicide application operation beginning Thursday, September 15 at 8:00 p.m. until Friday, September 16 at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.

All permit and oversize loads along with emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass.
