LANE/RAMP CLOSURE: I-49 southbound at Hollywood/Pierremont, Caddo Parish The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 and Thursday, July 28, 2022, the outside southbound lane of I-49 at the Hollywood/Pierremont Ave Exit (Exit 203), as well as the exit itself, in Shreveport, Caddo Parish will be CLOSED.
This lane/exit ramp closure is scheduled to begin at 6:00 a.m. on July 27th and reopen at approximately 4:00 p.m. on July 28th, and is necessary to allow DOTD maintenance crews to perform roadway repair.
Additionally, on Wednesday, August 3rd and Thursday, August 4th, the two inside lanes of I-49 southbound will be closed for roadway repair. Exit 203 will remain open during this work.
Alternate Route: Detour signage will be in place.
Permits/Restrictions: Total ramp closure on July 27th & 28th. All I-49 southbound traffic wanting to utilize Exit 203 (Hollywood/Pierremont) will need to detour.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
