NOW OPEN: LA 155 near Vernon in Jackson Parish

*****UPDATE: LA 155 NEAR VERNON HAS BEEN REOPENED TO TRAFFIC.*****
Effective immediately, LA 155, near Vernon in Jackson Parish will be closed at approximately 1.15 miles west of LA 146.
This section of the road will be closed for approximately 2 weeks, so that necessary repairs can be made.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
DOTD reminds motorists to NEVER drive around ‘road closed’ barricades at any time for any reason.

The detour route will be LA 146, LA 148, US 167, and LA 155
