The outside southbound lane on LA 13 (S. Eastern Ave) in Crowley between E. Mill Street and E. Elm Street will be closed Monday, May 2, beginning at 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. , weather permitting.
The closure is necessary in order to install services lines.
No detour is necessary.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the immediate area.
