Lane Closures on Prater Overpass and I-10 EB between LA 108 and I-210 – Calcasieu
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the following lane closures will be occurring on Prater Road Overpass over I-10 as well as I-10 Eastbound between LA 108 and I-210 from Wednesday, April 6, 2022 until Friday, April 8, 2022.
• The left and middle lanes of I-10 EB between LA 108 and I-210 will be closed from 8 p.m. today, Wednesday, April 6, 2022 until 5 a.m. Thursday, April 7, 2022.
• From 5 a.m. to 8 pm. On Thursday, April 7, 2022, only the left lane will be closed on I-10 EB between LA 108 and I-210.
• Both the left and middle lanes of I-10 EB between LA 108 and I-210 will be closed from 8 p.m. Thursday, April 7, 2022 to 5 a.m. Friday, April 8, 2022.
• Prater Road Overpass will be reduced to one lane with a flagging operation between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. on the nights of both Wednesday, April 6, 2022 and Thursday, April 7, 2022.
These closures are necessary for the installation of overhead signs.
