The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that beginning Monday April 11, 2022 at 7:00 am, weather permitting, Setliff Road (Bridge) work will begin. Setliff Road will be closed 0.75 miles from the intersection of Pine Coupee Road or 2.8 miles from the intersection of LA 119. This work is needed to replace an existing Tank Car with a new Concrete Slab Span Bridge. This is an off system bridge project for the Rapides Parish Highway Department that was awarded to Merrick Construction, LLC in the amount of $1,098,063.50 This work is expected to last approximately 4 months.
