DOTD announces service interruption on La. 384 at the Black Bayou Bridge in Calcasieu Parish

CALCASIEU PARISH, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that due to a mechanical issue, LA 384 at the Black Bayou Bridge will be open only to vehicular traffic, effective immediately.
Crews are currently working to address the issue. Until that time, the Black Bayou Bridge will be unable to accommodate marine traffic.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
