Update (10/1/2021): LA 562 in town of Wisner, Franklin Parish, is open to all vehicular traffic.
(9/22/2021) LA 562 in the town of Wisner, Franklin Parish, near Sage Street for approximately 1.16 miles will be closed beginnning Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. until Friday, October 1, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. while crews to perform a cross-drain replacement.
Detour: LA 562 to LA 875 to LA 876 to US 875 to US 425.
