The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that the bridge on Carl Hunt Road is open to all traffic.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that, weather permitting, on Monday, May 24, 2021, the bridge on Carl Hunt Road will be closed due to construction.
This construction project consists of removal of existing timber bridge and replacement with concrete slab span bridge, and related work. Construction is expected to be completed by October 2021.
This contract was awarded to Diamond B Construction in the amount of $646,893.38.
