**UPDATE LA 114 REOPENED ** Avoyelles Parish Control Section No. 145-01
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that LA 114, 2.1 miles from the intersection of LA 1, in Avoyelles Parish is reopened to all traffic effective immediately.

Emergency Road Closure and Detour LA 114; Avoyelles Parish Control Section No. 145-01
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that on today at approximately 4:30 PM, LA 114 will be closed 2.1 miles from the intersection of LA 1. The closure is due to a culvert failure. The roadway will remain closed indefinitely until roadway repairs can be made.
Permit/Detour section The roadway will be closed to all traffic. The detour is as follows:
Eastbound traffic on LA 114 will detour on LA 1 South, to LA 115 South, back to LA 114.
Westbound traffic on LA 114 will detour on LA 115 North, to LA 1 North, back to LA 114.
