ST. TAMMANY PARISH – LA 59: Roundabout at Lonesome Rd

Beginning Monday, July 20, 2020 through Friday, July 31, 2020, there will be intermittent lane closures on LA 59. These closures will be from 8:00 PM through 6:00 AM nightly, weather permitting. There will be an ongoing flagging operation to coordinate traffic, so drivers should expect delays during this time. This is for installation of drainage structures on this project.
One lane will remain open in one direction at all times. There will be no vehicle restrictions, and emergency vehicles will have access. Motorists may encounter a slight delay during this time.
Alternate Routes
Northbound motorists may take the alternate route of LA 1088 North to I-12 West back to LA 59.
Southbound motorists may take the alternate route of I-12 East to LA 1088 South back to LA 59.
