The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that on Monday, August 17, 2020, from approximately 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., LA 1208-2 (Sterkx Road) between the MacArthur Drive Service Road (US 71) and Culpepper Road will be closed. This work will consist of asphaltic concrete paving.
Permit/Detour Section
No detour route will be provided for this closure.

This work will consist of asphaltic concrete pavement patching. The closure can be expected to last until Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at 4:00 a.m.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that LA 1208-2 (Sterkx Road), between the US 71 (MacArthur Drive) Service Road and Culpepper Road, has been reopened to traffic. This work will consist of pipe and drainage structure replacement . Road work was stopped at this location due to a utility conflict. It is expected for work to resume Friday, July 17, 2020.
