Update (4/9/2020): LA 506 in Caldwell Parish at the railroad crossing is open to all vehicular traffic.
Update(4/7/2020): The closure of LA 506 in Caldwell Parish at the railroad crossing has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 9, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. due to equipment failure.
Please note date and time changes to the closure notice.
(4/3/2020) LA 506 in Caldwell Parish at the railroad crossing located approximately 0.3 miles from the intersection of LA 506 and LA 843 (Control Section: 345-03, Log mile: 6.668) will be closed on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for the railroad company to perform track maintenance.
Detour: US 165 to LA 127 to Hooterville Road (Existing detour in place).
