The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that the work is complete on LA 28 W at the intersections of LA 28 W and Cloverleaf Blvd., LA 28 W and John Eskew Dr., LA 28 W and Calvert Dr. / Windermere Blvd., and LA 28 W and Heyman Lane. This work consisted of signal performance upgrades at these intersections. All lanes are open for traffic.
