The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public that LA 3144, Edgewood Drive, at its intersection with US 167 to its intersection with Donahue Ferry Road, in Pineville, Rapides Parish, IS NOW OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC.

LA 3144 (Edgewood Drive): US 167 to Donahue Ferry Rd.
Pineville, Rapides Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, (DOTD), advises the public effective immediately LA 3144 (Edgewood Drive), at its intersection with US 167 to its intersection with Donahue Ferry Road, in Pineville, Rapides Parish, is closed to remove downed trees. This closure is expected for today only.

• Drive slowly and carefully.
• Avoid driving into standing or running water.
• Avoid driving while distracted.
• Avoid using cruise control when visibility is low or road surfaces are wet.
• Always allow for extra driving time.
• Reduce speeds when visibility is low.
• Make sure there is plenty of room between vehicles.
• Avoid using highway overpasses as tornado shelters.
