Westbound LA 39 in St. Bernard Parish from Jean Lafitte Parkway to Dr. Meraux Boulevard in Chalmette, the right lane will be closed on Monday, November 25 and Tuesday, November 26 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day; crews perform right turn lane installation work.
