Westbound LA 39, from Jean Lafitte Pkwy to Dr. Meraux Blvd in Chalmette, the right lane will be closed Wednesday, November 6 to Friday, November 8 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily; while crews perform right turn lane installation work.
