Westbound LA 39 between from Jean Lafitte Parkway to Dr. Meraux Boulevard in Chalmette, the right lane will be closed Monday, October 21 to Wednesday, October 23 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily; while crews perform right turn lane installation work.
