Alternating Westbound and Eastbound LA 18 (River Road), from LA 3160 to Nicholas Street in Hahville, the roadway will be reduced to one lane from September 30, 2019 until October 20, 2019 from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm daily; for crews to perform ditch digging on La 18.
Crews will not be working on Sundays, and will be able to move for oversized vehicles.
