LA 23, Belle Chasse Tunnel in Belle Chasse - Complete Closure from 9:00 pm Friday, September 6, 2019 to 5:00 am, Monday, September 9, 2019 for (commencement of placing traffic control devices), temporary striping will be conducted on Sunday with final striping. The road may be opened earlier dependent on the progress of operations.
