Judge Seeber (Claiborne Avenue) Bridge on LA 39 will be closed in the right lane on alternating sides on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 9:00am to 2:00pm for bridge inspection.
Alternate Routes: the left lane will be open to vehicular traffic.
