The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public of a utility repair on LA 6 being performed by the town of Many between Ponder St. and Orange St.
The repair will begin at 7:00 am on Thursday, August 29, 2019, and is expected to be complete by 5:00 pm on Friday, August 30, 2019 depending on weather. During the repair, LA 6 will be reduced to one lane of traffic between Ponder St. and Orange St.
Permit/Detour Section
LA 6 between Ponder St. and Orange St. will be restricted to one lane of traffic for the duration of the utility repair.
The detour will be as follows:
No detour will be required. The contractor will maintain one lane of traffic during the repair.
