Westbound and Eastbound LA 18 (4th Street), from Louisiana Street in Westwego to Barataria Boulevard in Marrero, will be reduced to one lane from July 10, 2019 to July 11, 2019 from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm for pothole patching and bump grinding .
