(7/3/2019) H.009589 - LA 28 in La Salle & Rapides Parish from US 84 to LA 115 will be closed beginning Monday, July 15, 2019 at 5:00 a.m. until Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. This closure is required to allow for scheduled maintenance on Indian Bayou Bridge.
Permit/Detour Route: US 84 to LA 8 to US 165 to US 167.
