Joseph Lane in Ricohoc, 100 feet south of US 90 in St Mary Parish will be reduced to one lane for railroad repairs on Thursday, November 7, 2013, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. that same day, weather permitting.  Flagmen will be stationed at each end of Joseph Lane to direct traffic.  There will be a 30 minute period in which traffic will not be allowed to utilize this crossing at all to resurface the railroad tracks.  The Department regrets the inconvenience caused to the traveling public.
