Update (9/9/2019): LA 3196 (Levee Road) in Concordia Parish is open to all vehicular traffic.
(4/1/2019) LA 3196 (Levee Road) in Concordia Parish approximately 7 miles from its intersection with US 425 to its intersection with LA 569 is closed until further notice due to water seepage from the Mississippi River.
Permit/Detour: US 425 to LA 568 to LA 569.
