Updated DOTD Form 24-102 and Projected Advertisements

Attention Consultant Community,

The DOTD Form 24-102 was revised on February 18, 2019. Revisions are in Sections 12, 14 and 17, see below for easy reference.

Section 12 - removed "each past performance rating category of" from the 1st sentence.

Section 14 - added "Sections 12 and" to the first sentence. Added 2nd sentence, "Resumes of personnel not identified in Section 12 of the prime consultant's proposal will not be evaluated."

Section 17 - Added last sentence under table, "Please note: if there is no remaining unpaid balance, please specify $0 dollars in the Total."
