The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that beginning Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 8:00 am daily temporary alternating lane closures will begin near the intersection of Jackson Street and Horseshoe Drive to allow for clearing and grubbing. This work is associated with the construction of a roundabout at this intersection. The lane closures can be expected to last until Friday, January 18, 2019.
Permit/Detour Section
There are no detours at this time associated with these lane closures.
NOTE: There will be no width restrictions associated with these lane closures.

All construction activity is weather dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. DOTD appreciates the motoring public’s patience and reminds drivers to please exercise caution when traveling through work zone areas and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
