Update: LA 17 in Franklin Parish is open to all vehicular traffic.
LA 17, Franklin Parish, approximately 1.2 miles east of LA 4 will have one lane closed on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. while the City of Winnsboro completes water leak repairs.
Detour: There are no detours.
Permit Section: Restricted to one 12' lane. Please no wide loads.
