The I-55 Southbound on and off Ramps at Springfield Ponchatoula (LA 22, Exit 26) will be closed Wednesday, October 3, 8:00 pm – 12:00 am while crews perform asphalt paving operations.
DETOUR: As alternate routes to avoid ramp closures during construction, motorists traveling LA 22 with a destination of I-55 South should take I-55 North to I-12 West, then take I-55 South. Motorists traveling I-55 South with a destination of LA 22 should take Ponchatoula Exit 23 (US 51) and travel north to re-intersect LA 22.
