Both directions LA 48 (River Road) between I-310 and Ormond Blvd, in Destrehan, a single lane closure with flagging operation
and shoulder work on Wednesday, October 11th from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, while crews perform Striping and Loop Detector work.
This closure will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Road is open for regular traffic.
No detour is needed, expect some delays.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
