The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that, weather permitting, on Tuesday, September 26th, 2017 road construction work will begin on Jackson Street Ext from MacArthur Drive to Twin Bridges Road.
This 1.76 mile long road construction project will consists of cleaning existing catch basins and existing storm drain pipe.
This contract was awarded to the low bidder, Progressive Construction Inc., in the amount of $210,200.00.
Permit/Detour section
The roadway will be open to traffic at all times; however, there will be lane closures.
