On LA 21 in Covington, there will be multiple lane shifts/closures on Thursday night, September 14 and Friday night, September 15, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, mainly near Bootlegger and 12th and 13th avenues. This will be to allow crews to perform asphalt operations, weather permitting.
Message boards will be erected in advance of this location to alert motorists of the above closures.
Permit/Detour Section
Motorists are advised that there will be delays, and they may want to detour and to take alternate routes during this closure. Emergency vehicles will have access.
