There will be a new lane configuration beginning June 20, 2017 on LA 21 in Covington.
Traffic on both northbound and southbound LA 21 will be routed to the outside lane, with the inside lanes closed for removal of the temporary medians and installation of the permanent ones, weather permitting. All traffic signals will be operational along with J turns. Once this median work is completed, all lanes will be open.

Emergency vehicles will have access.
