LA 21 (LA 41 – LA 16), St. Tammany Parish - Lane Closures

The newly reconstructed outside (right) lane of the northbound and southbound lanes on LA 21 between LA 41 and LA 16, is being restriped today, Monday, May 1, 2017, in preparation to shift the traffic from the inside (left) lane to the outside (right) lane.
Once the traffic has been shifted, there will be complete closures of the inside (left) lane of the northbound and southbound lanes through Monday morning, May 15, 2017, at 6:00 AM while crews remove and replace the concrete roadway and shoulder work weather permitting. One lane in each direction will be open at all times.

By law, oversize loads are not allowed to travel at night. Emergency vehicles will have access.
