SPN H.001340: LA 21 Widening (Bootlegger Road – 11th Ave.)
St. Tammany Parish

There will be a roadway closure of West 11th Avenue at the east side of the intersection of LA 21 beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 while crews prepare roadway base. This work should take approximately two days to complete (weather permitting).
Once this work is complete, the crew will move to West 12th Avenue at the east side of the intersection of LA 21 and continue with preparing roadway base.
There will be a roadway closure of West 8th Avenue at the east side of the intersection of LA 21 beginning at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016 while crews prepare roadway base and install drainage structures (weather permitting). West 8th Avenue will be closed until 6:00 a.m. Monday, December 12.
No two adjacent city side streets will be closed concurrently.
Permit/Detour Section
Motorists should use other local routes during the closure. Emergency vehicles will have access. Hospital parking lot will be accessible from LA 21.
