The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning on Friday December 2, 2016 at 7:00 P.M, construction work will continue on the bridge location listed below. The work will consist of bridge deck repair. The project is expected to be completed in January 2017. Updates to the Permit/Detour Section are listed below.
Permit/Detour Section
Route: US 167 over LA 107, between I-49 and LA 28 in Rapides Parish (Structure No. 08400230103461 and Structure No. 08400230103462) Bridge E & F (Southbound and Northbound) over La 107.
Dates: Friday, December 2nd, 2016 through Sunday, January 1st, 2017.
Restrictions: The lane closures will be alternating .There will be night time lane closures during the week and continuous lane closures on the weekends. There will be a width restriction of 8 ½ feet.
