There will be a roadway closure of West 11th Avenue at the east side of the intersection of LA 21 beginning at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2016 through 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2016 (weather permitting) while crews install subsurface drainage at this location.
Permit/Detour Section
Motorists should use West 12th Avenue or other local routes during the closure. Emergency vehicles will be detoured to St. Tammany Hospital via West 12th Avenue.
Northbound and Southbound traffic on LA 21 will remain open during this operation.
