There will be roadway restrictions on West 8th Avenue and West 10th Avenue at the intersection of LA 21 beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 26, 2016 through 6:00 a.m. on Monday, August 29, 2016 (weather permitting) while crews install concrete roadway in the center of the roadway. LA 21 WILL REMAIN OPEN IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. Please note the following restrictions:
• Westbound traffic on West 8th Avenue will only be able to turn right (Northbound) onto LA 21.
• Eastbound traffic on West 8th Avenue will only be able to turn right (Southbound) onto LA 21.
• All traffic on West 10th Avenue (at LA 21) will only be able to turn right (Southbound) onto LA 21.
Permit/Detour Section
Motorists should use West 11th Avenue, West 12th Avenue, or other local routes during the closure. Emergency vehicles will have access at all times.
