SPN H.001340: LA 21 Widening (Bootlegger Road – 11th Ave.)

There will be intermittent, alternate roadway closures of the center lanes of LA 21 between West 8th Avenue and West 12th Avenue nightly between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. beginning on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 through Friday, July 15, 2016 (weather permitting) while crews install roadway base.
No two adjacent city side streets will be closed concurrently.
ACCESS TO 11TH AVENUE (HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM ACCESS) WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
Permit/Detour Section
Traffic will be impacted by not allowing left turns from these side streets onto LA 21. Motorists will need to turn right, proceed to an intersection where a left turn is safely available, drive around the block and then turn right onto LA 21.
