The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning on Thursday May 26, 2016 at 8:00 A.M, construction work will continue on the bridge location listed below. The work will consist of Bridge Painting. Updates to the Permit/Detour Section are listed below.
Permit/Detour Section
Route: US 167, between US 165 and LA 3144 in Rapides Parish (Structure No. 08400150103711) Bridge A (Southbound Only)
Dates: Thursday, May 26th through Monday, June 13th.
Road Closure: Starting at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday May 26 the Southbound Ramp from US 165 to US 167 will be closed to southbound traffic at this bridge location. All traffic will be detoured north on US 165 to US 165 Business then south to La 3144 then east to US 167 South.
