There will be intermittent lane closures on LA 21 Southbound between West 12th Avenue and West 10th Avenue beginning Saturday, April 9, 2016 through Sunday April 10, 2016 nightly between 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. (weather permitting) while crews install the concrete roadway for the new southbound lanes of LA 21. One lane will be open at all times and emergency vehicles will have access at all times.
Permit/Detour Section
To avoid delays during construction, motorists travelling southbound on LA 21 may take US 190 Business East to US 190 East, east on US 190 to I-12, west on I-12 to LA 21 (Exit 59).
