The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning Wednesday March 23, 2016 at 7:00 AM, weather permitting, the north bound right turn lane off US 71 onto LA 3170 will be closed due to continued construction work. However, right turn movements will not be restricted. Also, alternating lane closures on LA 3170 at the intersection of US 71 will be needed for the continued construction work. These temporary lane closures will last until the completion of the project which is expected to last for several weeks. These closures are necessary to allow for construction of turn lanes at US 71 near Bill Warner Road and intersection improvements at the intersection of LA 3170 and US 71.
