The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning on Monday March 28, 2016 at 7:00 AM, construction work will continue on the bridge location listed below. The work will consist of bridge repair. The Construction work is expected to be completed in January 2017. Updates to the Permit/Detour Section are listed below.
LOCATION:
Route: LA 6, between US 171 and LA 476 in Sabine Parish (Structure No. 08430340211581), the crossing over Edmonson Creek, and (Structure No. 08430340214661), the crossing over San Jose Creek.
DATE:
March 28, 2016 – April 15, 2016
Permit/Detour Section:
Road will remain open.
Restrictions: There will be a width restriction of 12 feet
